Hey Everyone! I recently completed a challenge, called the Dog Days of Podcasting Challenge, whereby I submitted a podcast episode EVERY DAY IN AUGUST! They are generally shorter shows of 5-25 minutes. I talk a lot about my daily workouts, being a cross country coach, and there are a few other recurring topics, including some interesting input about coaches from my friends! There’s also a couple of eclipse episodes. If you want to listen, you could probably binge-listen the whole month in not too-much time.
